The goal
Replace spreadsheets and four marketplace tabs with one place to list, sell and get paid.
The challenge
One account is listed in four places. A sale on one has to take the others down fast, never count twice, and never expose a login.
How we solved it
A single event pipeline for every marketplace, AES-256 encrypted credentials, and worker access set per game and per field.
What we built
A form built for each game
Valorant ranks and agents, PUBG Mobile X-suits and skins, Clash of Clans Town Hall and hero levels, in three short steps.
Write once, tweak per marketplace
One base listing, with optional overrides per marketplace that inherit everything they leave blank.
Honest about each marketplace
A registry records what each marketplace's API can really do, so the interface explains a missing feature instead of showing a button that does nothing.
Logins that don't leak
Credentials encrypted with AES-256, one-time-code sign-in, invite-only accounts, and workers who only see the fields they're allowed to.
Fast for all-day use
A Ctrl K command palette, saved delivery details and message templates, and anything that needs attention flagged up front.

Orders across four marketplaces.
Every sale lands in one table with its delivery state and notes. Withdrawals show what each marketplace still owes, and the ledger tracks suppliers, workers and payouts.

Built around logins that must not leak.
Saved delivery emails with labels, per-game account forms, and a worker portal that shows assigned accounts and nothing else.
One sale, handled once, everywhere.
Every marketplace reports into the same event spine. Sources only describe what happened; one sale handler decides what to do about it.
- 01
Reported
GameBoost pushes the sale by webhook. Eldorado, Skycoach and PlayHub are polled inside their rate limits.
- 02
Counted once
A unique index on the event decides which delivery is processed, so retries never double-count.
- 03
Marked sold
For the seller and every worker who can see it, so nobody delivers the account twice.
- 04
Other offers follow
Drafted or removed by the seller's rule. A failed takedown is flagged louder than a success.
- 05
Money booked
The order opens, the ledger and payouts update, and a Discord alert goes out.
